The Scrounge Lounge (shortened "SL") is a [[scroungers paradise]] in [[wikipedia:Vancouver|Vancouver, BC]]. It has ample space and equipment to support the consumption of and creation of [[Movies in the scrounge lounge|films]], [[Books of the Scrounge Lounge|literature]], [[Art in the scrounge lounge|art]], [[Music at the scrounge lounge|music]], [[Engineering at the scrounge lounge|engineering]], and [[Philosophy at the scrounge lounge|philosophy]]. The SL operates in all time zones, PST, EST, and BST, for a total of (bet)365 days a year. It is the latest evolution of a [[move out spot]] coming originating with the [https://350sqft.pages.dev/ StudioStudioStud.io] and later the [[Hustler's hotel|Hustler's Hotel]].

Residencies are available on a first-come-first-serve basis to [[Movement Image Artists|movement-image artists]], [[Anarchical Engineers]], [[avant-garde hiphop savants]], and generally any [[Appreciator of Sublime Spectacle]] who wishes to live in a [[Scroungers paradise]] such as the SL. Rent is $1,500 a month and is occupied by two scroungers as of February 2026. Currently we do not offer an [[Artist's UBI]], but plan to eventually.

It sported 350 square feet of living with a murphy bed that folded up into the wall. It ultimately crumbled from a leak upstairs and was snuffed out from a renoviction.

The next move out spot was a year later at the [[Hustler's hotel]] which boasted double the size of the Studio at over 600sqft with not one, not two, but ''three'' rooms (if one includes the living room).
