A move out spot is tautologically self defined.

History

The first move out spot was the StudioStudioStud.io, whose primary advantages were its first mover status. It sported 350 square feet of living with a murphy bed that folded up into the wall. It was there for many a UFC night, scratch and wins, gorg, ttoekbokki, among others. It ultimately crumbled from a leak upstairs and was snuffed out from a renoviction.

The next move out spot was a year later at the Hustlers Hotel which boasted double the size of the Studio at over 600sqft with not one, not two, but three rooms (if one includes the living room). The HH notably hosted the Degen Den Awards (a record breaking gathering of over 10 degenerates), New Years 2026, and Lots Of BST.

A couple months after was the founding of the Scrounge Lounge. The SL added yet another 300sqft of space for over 950sqft of living space, reaching the threshold of a Scroungers paradise.
